Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 14, 2026
1. Completed Payments Are Non-Refundable
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all completed payments to Creatune.ai are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to initial subscription payments, subscription renewals, and one-time credit pack purchases. Whether credits have been used does not change the refund outcome. Please review the plan, billing interval, credit allowance, and price before completing payment.
2. Subscription Renewals and Cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Canceling prevents future renewal charges only. Your paid subscription benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period, and cancellation does not reverse or refund an initial payment or renewal already completed.
3. Credit Pack Purchases
One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable after payment is completed. Under the current product rules, credits from these packs do not expire and remain available until used. Buying a credit pack does not start a subscription or change your subscription tier.
4. Credit Restoration for Failed Tasks
When Creatune records an AI task as failed because of a system error, the credits charged for that task are returned to your Creatune account. This is a restoration of platform credits, not a cash refund or reversal of the original payment.
5. Rights Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If the law applicable to your purchase requires a refund or other remedy, contact us at support@creatune.ai with your account email, purchase date, transaction details, and the legal basis for your request. We will assess the request under the law that applies to the transaction.
6. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a charge was duplicated or unauthorized, contact support@creatune.ai promptly with the transaction details so we can investigate. This process does not create a general right to refund valid purchases.
