Do I need a coupon code?+
No. During the sale the discount is applied automatically when you check out an annual plan. You will see the reduced first-year total on the checkout page before you pay.
What happens after the first year?+
The plan renews at the regular annual price shown in the table above. You can cancel any time before the renewal date; cancelling stops future charges and keeps your plan active until the end of the paid year.
Do I get the full credit allowance?+
Yes. The discount changes the price only. Annual plans include the same monthly credit allowance as the regular annual plan.
I already have a subscription. Can I use the deal?+
The deal applies to annual plans bought during the sale. If you already pay monthly and want to move to an annual plan, contact support before buying so you are not charged for two plans.
Can I get a refund?+
