Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made on Creatune.ai are generally non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services and AI-generated content, we are unable to "return" the service once it has been delivered. We encourage you to review our pricing and features carefully before making a purchase.

2. Subscription Refund Exceptions

We may issue a refund for subscription purchases under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 3 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
• You have not used any credits from the current billing cycle.
• This exception applies to subscription plans only, not one-time credit pack purchases.

Refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion based on the above criteria.

3. Credit Pack Purchases

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable. Credits from credit packs do not expire and will remain in your account until used. Please ensure you understand your credit needs before purchasing.

4. Automatic Credit Refunds

If a music generation, lyrics generation, or song extension fails due to a system error, the credits consumed for that operation will be automatically refunded to your account. You do not need to contact us for these refunds — they are processed instantly.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@creatune.ai with the following information:

• Your account email address.
• Date of purchase.
• Reason for the refund request.
• Any relevant transaction or order details.

6. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier. Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
