Credits, billing, commercial use, cancellation, and payment details before you choose.
Basic suits lighter or occasional creation, Pro gives regular creators more monthly credits, and Max is built for higher-volume music, audio, and video work. One-time credit packs are useful for top-ups, but they do not change your subscription tier or unlock subscription-only benefits.
A standard music generation uses 10 credits and usually returns two songs. A premium generation uses 15 credits. Divide your available credits by 10 or 15 to estimate generation runs; because a standard run usually returns two songs, the number of individual standard songs may be about twice the run count.
Monthly plans renew each month and release that plan's monthly credits. Annual plans charge the full annual amount upfront and release credits in 12 monthly allocations. Credit packs are single payments that add credits without starting a subscription or changing your current tier.
You pay the annual charge upfront. Creatune then releases one monthly credit allocation on each monthly billing anniversary for 12 calendar months, rather than depositing the full annual allowance at once.
Unused subscription credits do not roll over into the next monthly allocation. Credits bought in a one-time pack do not expire under the current product rules and remain available until used.
Songs unlocked by a successful payment remain available for full playback, including on shared links. MP3 and asynchronously prepared WAV downloads, plus new lyric-video exports, require an active paid entitlement. Eligible tracks covered by annual subscriptions can download a Business License now; monthly plans and one-time credit packs are not included.
Business License certificates are included only with annual subscriptions. Monthly plans and one-time credit packs do not include this benefit. Your use must still follow Creatune's Terms of Service.
When Creatune records a system task as failed, the credits charged for that task are returned to your account. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund.
Cancel the subscription from your account before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; your paid access remains available through the current billing period and cancellation does not create a refund for charges already paid.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed initial subscription payments, renewals, and credit-pack purchases are non-refundable, whether or not credits were used. Cancelling only stops future renewals, and failed tasks are compensated with returned credits rather than cash.
